So what we do is make a small pinpoint opening straight through the gum into the bone without the need for cutting the gum or stitches and then painlessly twist the implant directly into place. We then give you the same day tooth to go home with and then a final porcelain crown that gets cemented in several weeks. So in as little as one visit, you can walk out with a tooth.
